We are seeking a technically savvy and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our friendly and innovative HR team. This is an exciting new opportunity at ICT and reflects our significant ongoing growth, and dedication to source outstanding talent for our growing multi-disciplined teams within a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment!

Ideal Candidate

Our Ideal Candidate has a proven track record in technical recruitment and will be adaptable and flexible, with a keen interest in understanding the broad scope of technological skillsets required across a variety of software / engineering roles in-house. Working closely with Hiring Managers, you will be confident talking software and engineering languages and interpreting key requirements, ensuring you build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike. 

An exceptional communicator with a genuine love for people and the ability to strategize and think “outside the box” to find hidden talent for key roles is essential. You will be confident driving multiple talent strategies locally and internationally that are fit-for-purpose, and enjoy building and fostering relationships and networks, proactively finding new channels to create and manage continuing talent sources.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrable recruitment experience from a similar technical field/background
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relationship builder, confident in ability to work with diverse people across multi-disciplinary recruitment requirements
  • Internally motivated and proactive
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines
  • Skilled multi-tasker who can prioritize competing demands to achieve ambitious deadlines
  • Team player who enjoys a friendly, supportive environment yet is highly autonomous!
